About this Event
Ultimate Japanese Car Meet
Following on from the success and positive feedback from the Ultimate Japanese Car Meet 2024, we are going ahead and organising this again for 2025. Check out our social media pages (can be found at the bottom of the poster) for some highlights from 2024, we hope to see you in September 2025.
The Ultimate Japanese Car Meet will be a static car meet due to it being a non race day - No AntiSocial Behaviour, please respect this.
ALL Japanese Cars welcome to display - Non Japanese cars (visitor parking available on site).
Display will be on Hardstanding and Grass
Confirmed details of the Ultimate Japanese Car Meet taking place in September:
Date: Sunday 28th September 2025
Location: Mallory Park Circuit, Church Road, Leicester, LE9 7QE
Time:7:30am – 9.30am (Exhibitors) 10am - 3:30pm (Visitors)
Advanced tickets: £15 per adult, £10 per child (age 7-16) & under 7 years old are free
There is no additional fee to display your car
Advanced Ticket ONLY event.
Early Bird Tickets available for a LIMITED time only.
Display information:
Tickets are available via Eventbrite on a first come first serve basis. Parking for non club display will be on a first come first serve basis. If you are with a club we will allocate your display allocation in advanced.
Club Cars must have their tickets and confirmed attendance to their club organisors by August 31st - Non club display allocations will be available until September 10th
Display vehicles to arrive between 7:30 - 9:30am
Please remember - if you are displaying with a club, purchase an exhibitor ticket. Aslong as on the day you know to mention the club name you are displaying with then our marshals will direct you accordingly. We will also send out a club map to the club organisors closer to the time aswell. Any questions feel free to email or contact via social media pages
Non club displayers can simply purchase an exhibitor ticket and mention on the day that you are a 'non club displayer' to be directed accordingly.
Gates for Visitors will open at 10am

we do welcome traders to attend once agreed. There is a small Trader fee which will be discussed at your time of confirmation. please contact [email protected] or contact admins/moderators via social media to discuss further.
