We are thrilled to partner with the incredible Cathy Valor, owner of Sweet Surrender Yoga & Holistic Wellness studio in Oviedo. Cathy is not just a yoga and meditation instructor; she's a dedicated holistic health practitioner and the author of "Meditation & Positive Energy," available on Amazon.
Cathy's approach seamlessly integrates holistic wellness practices with yoga, focusing on promoting comprehensive mind-body health. Her expertise extends to assisting clients with a range of concerns, including digestive problems, achieving work-life balance, managing PTSD, providing supplement guidance, and offering fundamental nutrition consulting. Beyond her in-person sessions, Cathy shares her knowledge through numerous yoga videos on YouTube and leads an engaging online yoga teacher training course.
