About this Event

Get ready for the 21st Annual VVA 787 - 2024 Car Show at Veterans Memorial Park in Tampa, Florida! As in previous years, our chapter is hosting a charity car show to raise awareness for the Veterans Park and our chapter; and to raise money for our programs and charitable activities.

This years show is scheduled for Saturday, October 12th, 2024 at 10:00 am.

The event is free to attend as a spectator! Only car show participants are required to register for $25, using the "Get Tickets" purchase option above.

Vietnam Veterans of America: Chapter 787

We are veterans who served during the Vietnam War, though our return was often met with jeers, disdain, disrespect and taunting by the very people we fought to protect. We served with honor and bravery, under the most trying of circumstances.We believe it is our responsibility to champion the causes of all Vietnam Veterans and Veterans of all wars, past and present. We honor those who paid the ultimate sacrifice during the war and those who paid with no less sacrifice later from Agent Orange, PTSD and other wounds seen and unseen, internal and external. We will not rest until the fullest possible accounting is achieved for our brothers and sisters who have not yet returned and are still missing. They deserve to be brought home to their families and buried with honor - that is our country's solemn obligation.
