9/11 Freedom Fest Join us for the 9/11 Freedom Fest On 9/13/2025 At American Legion Post 64 601 S Holt Rd. in Indianapolis, IN, USA. This special event is a tribute to the heroes and victims of 9/11. We'll gather together to honor their memory and show our support for the brave men and women who protect our freedom every day. To honor our veterans, soldiers, and first responders. It's a chance to come together as a community and remember the resilience and unity that emerged from that tragic day. Grab your motorcycle, jeep, classic cars, families, and friends, and join us for a ride that symbolizes our unwavering spirit. A ride to support and honor those men and women who protect our Freedom. Let's ride with pride and pay tribute to those who sacrificed so much for our freedom! Kickoff ceremony National Anthem presented by Sammie Sam, Colors posted by American Legion Color Guard. The ceremony starts at 1:00 Kickstands up at 1:15 Ride Route: Will post updates as available THE RIDE: will make its way to Downtown Indianapolis at the 9/11 Memorial 421 W Ohio St Indianapolis, IN 46202 for a ceremony to honor the fallen. The ride will then make its way through the city of Indianapolis before heading back to American Legion Post 64. The full route will be updated soon, The ride will last about 1 hour. Helping Heroes has completed a $60,000 remodel on a veterans home. Purchased vehicles for veterans, assisted veterans in housing, paid past due bills, paid for dental care, paid for travel oxygen machines, helped with auto repairs, paid off eviction notices, and so much more. Helping Heroes wants to continue the Mission, and we need your support to do that. JOIN US... raffle tickets for various items will be available, to benefit our soldiers and veterans in need of a hand-up. The police-escorted motorcycle ride! Brings music, food, friends, and families together for a great cause to support our United States Veterans and first responders in need. Non-riders are welcome and encouraged to attend. This kid-friendly event allows fun for the whole family. They can enjoy the Music, food, vendor fair, raffles, resource fair, helicopter, games, prizes, and more. All non-riders are $10, All non-riding veterans are FREE. Ride registration starts at 10 am with a $40 all-access pass. (This year each person rider and passenger will receive a patch, T-shirt, and armband) A Helping Heroes challenge coin will be available at registration for an additional $10 Jeep convoy: registration is a $40 all-access pass to the event. This comes with 2 T-shirts and armbands. One for the driver and passenger. This year we will host a show and shine for the jeeps. A trophy for “Best in Show” and “People's choice” will be announced at the end of the ride. The jeeps will be joining the ride, leaving behind the motorcycles. Fill the Jeep with people it's still only $40 Jeeps are encouraged to post their flags, decorate the jeep, add the lights, and show off for the event. Car Show registration is a $30 all-access pass. This comes with a chance to win trophies to "Best in the Show" and "People's Choice" will be given out after the ride returns to the legion post. This will also give you 1 T-shirt and an armband.
