THIS INCLUDES SPECTATORS! - Load and unload trailers in designated dirt pit area off the bitumen. - Wheels to be changed in the shed or on the dirt. - Re-fuelling to be done in the shed or on the dirt. - No static burnouts, no spin and pins, no 360s. - No Purposely hitting barriers, 2 warnings will be given if you are seen to be hitting them on purpose, you will be asked to leave if it continues. -NO Dirt dropping anywhere at any time - If your car has a major fluid leak while on the bitumen or catches fire head to the closest edge and get on the dirt - We check cars after each run for fuel/oil leaks and steel wire hanging off tyres. DO NOT purposely pop tires! If you do pop a tyre Immediately stop drifting and exit the track SLOWLY. All large chunks of tyre/delamination is the responsibility of the driver of the car and must be taken away when you leave. - OIL LEAKS, If you have an oil leak, you will be asked to fix it, if you come back on track and have another leak you will be asked to pack it up . These rules are set in place to adhere with insurance conditions, to preserve the facility and to ensure safely and comfort of ALL our members and guests. Anyone found to be breaching these rules will be asked to leave. SCRUTINEERING - AS/NZ1698, ADR Helmet, NO Skull caps - Closed in shoes and sleeved shirt (no singlets) must be worn by drivers and passengers - Seat Belts/Harnesses - Door Cards/Panels must be present/secured - Dashboard of some description - Brake pedal MUST have a rubber grip - Battery Terminals taped/covered - ALL Body panels present - Windscreen has clear vision & NO cracks on drivers side - Seats Secured & No movement - NO Oil leaks or scraping parts - NO METHANOL FUEL ALLOWED - Accessible Tow points - ALL vehicles MUST have a power steering reservoir sock/cover over the cap - NO Loose items in or on vehicle - Battery properly secured/Clamped, No ratchet straps! - Working Headlights, Brake lights, Tail lights and HAZARD lights - MUST HAVE FIREWALL between occupants and fuel system - No excessively stretched tyres, this will be enforced as we have had recent damage to the bitumen - No aluminium wheel nuts - No coloured/chalk tyres - NON GLYCOL COOLANT must be used, This means NO Green coolant - Minimum cold tyre pressure 25 psi - Locked/Welded/LSD Differential = NO OPEN CENTRES/1 Wheel skidders, If we see vehicles on track with only 1 wheel spinning you will be asked to leave
