Come and join us for a jam-packed family day out in Skipton! Our Spring Festival will be held on Saturday 9th November from 10am - 4pm in the township of Skipton. There will be a range of FREE activities throughout our town including: 🚗 Classic Car Show & Rock n Roll Band at the footy oval 🎪 Market stalls & food vendors in the main street 🎨Children's area including jumping castle, facepainting, petting zoo and photo booth 🐏 Demonstrations of shearing and wool classing - including the old style blade shearing (not to be missed!) 📜 Historical Precinct will be open. Visit the old Police House, Stable and Courthouse, plus visit the museum. 📷 Photographic display by the Skipton & District Photographic Club 🤤 Home baked scone competition and Gum Boot toss! 🎤 Are you aged 12 - 25? Perform on our FReeZA open mic stage! The Skipton Spring Festival is a local initiative by the Skipton Progress Association Inc, comprising 100% volunteers.
